Sweat it outdoor…

Exercising outsite means no driving to the gym or extra electrocity costs to work on the machines. So. instead of sweating in the gym everyday, select an outdoor fat-buster activity and shape up.

Getting fit will be more fun outsite.
Excerising with a friend is much better than pounding a treadmill with only an MP3 player for company. Studies show that natural surrounding lifts your mood thus increasing the overall benefit of your workout.

It works all the major muscles in your legs – and it keeps your stomach flat too because you work your abdominal muscles while you trying to sit up straight and balance on the seat. It’s good for all ages and good for your heart too.

For the younger bones. Tennis also works on all the major musle groups, including the arms, legs, back and stomach, and burns about 390 calories an hour, more if you keep missing the ball.
