Diets don’t work for Weight Loss
Dieting is one of the most ineffective experience or way to lose weight. People deprive & discipline themselves for weeks and months to achieve a goal – WEIGHT LOSS. Many dieters loss a few pounds for a short time, but only to gain it back after sometime.
Diets are temporary; therefore there results are temporary as well.
Dieting makes your body weak. When people go on diet, there systems are thrown into turmoil while they try to adopt to new changes & patterns. Many, and almost everytime, diets contradict to one another. One diet plan says to eat mostly proteins and very less carbohydrates. Another says the reverse, take lots of carbohydrates and very little of protein. Both of them can’t be right… or can they be…? So what can be done, or what should we do… Stick to the blog and you shall know.




Dieting surely does not work. It did not work for me too. Exercise is the only option one has for permanent weight loss…
