Way to a Healthy Breakfast for Weight Loss

Start your day with a glass of FRESH FRUIT JUICE. Orange, apple, melon, tangerine juices works the best. Throughout the morning keep consuming as much fruit as you need to feel satified and do make sure you eat it on an empty stomach. An important rule to review is that melons must be eaten before other fruits because they have the highest water content and this enables them to pass through the stomach more quickly.

A mantra you must always remember is ‘ Don’t Over it and Don’t Under Eat – Just be Satisfied ‘.

Neither to stuff youself in order to compensate the absense of customary heavier breakfast nor avoid eating fruits if you just don’t feel like. Later in the morning, if you begin to crave for heavier foods, have a banana or too. Bananas prove to be a better option as they stay in your stomach a litter longer then juicy fruits and give you a fuller feeling.
In the process of Weight Loss, stay away from dried fruits and dates as they are so full of concentrated sugar which inhibit weight loss. Having fruits and fresh fruit juices until noon will ensure that during the length of the elimination cycle your body will be able to work fully on elimination, not digestion!
