It is a rarely acknowledged fact that all the nutrients which the human body requires are present in balanced quantities in FRESH FRUITS and VEGETABLES. So it is actually true that all the nutritive needs of the body can be satisfied by a diet rich in fresh fruit and vegetables and their juices. Juices can infact be an appropriate substitute for whole food being merely a liquid extract of the whole food. Neither they are processed in any manner nor they are concentrated as megavitamin doses. There is a thin line between the real fruit as whole and the juice.

Juices form a beneficial diet as they are rich in nutrients required for cell generation i.e. the vital building blocks and so they prove to be true longevity food.Fruit juices also keep us away from harmful thirst-quenchers like tea, coffee, sodas, alcohol and many more. The delicious flavours quench our thirst and satisfy us so that we tend less and less for drinks that contradict healthy well-being. They are known to be the only beverage that supplies real, vital energy. But do keep in mind that juices ought to be consumed on an empty stomach, not with or immediately following any other food.

ENJOY THEM! THEY ARE EXTREMELY BENEFICIAL!
