Weight Loss Guidelines

  • Fresh Fruit or a fresh fruit salad can be substituated for any lunch.
  • Have only whole grain breads.
  • Raw butter and Raw Dairy products are better options if they are available.
  • Avoid the excessive consumption of raw onions and garlic as they twist the taste buds and cause you to crave for heavier foods.
  • Use fresh fruits and vegetables when ever possible. You can use frozen ones when fresh are not available but do make sure they are without sauces or sugar.
  • Avoid vinegar in salads. It suspends salivary digestion and is an obstacle ion the digestion of starches. You can substitute lemon juice for vinegar.
  • You may have a fruit in you are hunger three hours after lunch or dinner.
  • Try your best to refrain from heavier eating.
  • You may choose one of the main course salads as a substitute for a dinner.

    Raw butter? Never heard of that. Good ideas. Whole grain and bread is great! I have changed from white pasta to whole grain pasta also. I noticed at the olive garden they even have the option to have whole grain pasta now.
