Exercise for Weight Loss and more
Exercise is a valuable factor for Weight Loss. Regular physical activity, in any form is necessary for the systematic functioning of the body. Many for us acknowledge the benefits of exercise but hardly a few actually realize it. Those who don’t exercise can understand this statement very well. There are several reasons for not exercising but the only reason to exercise overshadows all of them – A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE with the added benefit of Weight Loss.
Exercise is any form, no matter how little is fine. What matters is that one needs to stand up & move. But if you desire to lead a life that is free of anguish, pain and the suffering that is caused by diseases, exercise is the key to this desire. There is no way around it. In addition, exercise also keeps us fresh and fit, leaving us ready for a busy day ahead. This will surely ignite the non – exercising population that won’t remain so for long time. All the above information should surely put the need for regular physical activity in a whole new light or at least its start.
Keep Exercising! – because its the only healthy way that leads to Weight Loss also.

Would someone please tell me how to convince myself that I’m worth it?..that I’m worth the effort it will take to do it – work out, eat healthy, get rest?? I’m struggling here…a 60 year old in crisis mode…makes my 40 year old mid-life crisis look like a walk in the park. How do I believe in my heart of hearts that I’m worth the effort. Thanks for your feedback in advance.
In response to alcheral, if you love yourself you will do it for yourself. Find things that make you happy and you will find your reason for living, once you have that reason, exercise will come easy because you will want to be healhty.
Alcheral, find a place to workout that makes you feel special, like your health is important, and that it is a luxury to attend to your body, your well-being, and your peace of mind. I started working out at this facility that promotes holistic health, and where there are fantastic perks that make you feel very VIP (like you are at a day spa – gorgeous private changerooms, courtesy phones, etc). They remember all the little details (I like my water cold, to walk on the treadmill with the lights dimmed, and so on) and are really concerned about helping me be at my optimum level of health. Check them out if you’re in the area (Roland Semprie Rosedale) or find a place like them nearby. Your health is worth it!!
A great tip is to sign up for a sport what you like, or you would like to learn. If you have kids sing up for the sports they have an interest, so you can enjoy activities together. I learned how to skate when I was close to 30, as my kids were 3 and they asked to skate together. Plan outside activities, instead of movie nights have a day in the forest.
