Development of diseases is the outcome of many variable. These can be the cells or any other illness. The most prominent ones are: exercise, weight gained or lost, sleep, air. These and many more psychological factors like loving relationships, self love and mental process affect ill-health. But the variable that tops the list is the quality of food and water you put in your stomach. All the factors listed above play a vital role in your being ill or not.
The earlier stage in the cause of disease is quite general. People now-a-days are fed hybrid seeds that are expossed to chemicals and have been genetically altered. Repeated daily exposure to these toxins can waste the body’s store of nutrients, leading to rampant nutritional deficiencies.
Ones when the body has become deficient, infections take place which eventually give space to chronic diseases. If not controlled at the start, this may create hormone deficiencies or immune system inbalances.
So to conclude, what accelerates disturbances in your body is the food you consume. Therefore, Eat Healthy! Be Happy!
