You won’t be complaining if I exclaim that walking is the easiest way to stay fit and healthy. If ever asked – Which is the simplest exercise that bears tremendous positive results? My immediate answer would be – ‘Walking’. It definitely influences our life in several positive ways.
Walking like any other exercise, increases both energy level and stamina. It also affects our bodily strength, flexibility and balance in a favorable way. A fact that can be of your interest is that if walking is paired with a healthy diet, it can be instrumental in Weight Loss. Also, a 45 minute walk can help you burn 18 pounds of fat. Walking though shows results gradually, it makes a lot of difference. Walking also reduces hyper tension, high blood pressure and aids diabetics. It also promotes better sleep and helps our body rest. Walking is also the perfect exercise for promoting a healthy back.
Walking also has other benefitial facets to it such as that it reduces the risk of colon cancer, boosts the defence system, lowers blood pressure. Hence walking contribes a lot in prevention of disease.
