Warning Signals towards Weight Gains
Overweight begins as “good living”. The face grows round and rosy. Your skirt-belt may be getting a little tight, and perhaps there is a bit of a strain on your jacket-buttons. At this point no one worries and not even one glance is cast on blogs and websites. Still less likely are you to go off and consult your doctor, but you are making a mistake because things will continue to develop relentlessly.
Your shoulders will get plump and the hollows over the collar-bones will disappear completely. Fat will overhang the hips and the waist will disappear. Cholesterol goes high. Blood pressure is not within the range. The neck will thicken and lose its normal contour. The body curves will start disappearing. Your skin starts loosing its glow and begins to develop stretch-marks. You will start getting tired does small chores and your energy level reduces.
So be your own guard! There is still time in the march towards obesity. Keep a check on all the warning signal mentioned above and mark sure you are not falling in any of the categories.
