Obesity, Overweight and The Difference…
To make it simple – A fat surplus of 8% to 15% , over the normal weight, must be considered as overweight. Beyond that it is obesity. Over 30%, extreme obesity.
Overweight, does not necessarily involve any disorganisation of or harm to the system. Please always have misconception about being overweight. Some people delight in being what they call “plump” when they truly are overweight. And its also the same reverse. There are many people who want to slim when there is no reason to do so.
There is inface not much need to describe the distinguishing marks of obesity. Well they are too obvious. People who suffer from it needs no description of its discomforts.
But one must realise that its never too late of getting back on track with weight. Regular exercise, walking and other simple weightloss guides can help them overcome this suffering.




I think that with a little motivation from other people in the same situation can really turn a person around. I loss 25 pounds because I have friends and family supporting me and not put me down. If you need support or motivation there is a great site called weebieonline.
Overweight is no problem if your body fat still low. Many people trying to lose their body weight but they forget to control their fat and colesterol level.
Your post regarding gain weight diet sound interesting,but i think i need to search for more resources about this .
I think that when over weight children are bullied for being a little bit chubby it will not help them lose weight, it will just make them feel worse and maybe binge out on food! i think that it is manly their mothers fault if they are over weight. They must have been given them to much food for their meals and not encoureging them to exercise which is vital!!! Now if they are over wight hopefully they will be able to lose their weight and live longer in their lives
