Simple Weight Loss Guide

  • Don’t ever starve yourself. Your aim must be to eat to lose weight.
  • Always prepare your own regime. Just as everyone is different, everyone’s diets have to be different.
  • Every low fat or sugar free food isn’t that healthy, so make sure you don’t consume it in excess.
  • There is no substitute for exercise. Unless you exercise, you’ll never see enough of results despite your good eating habits.
  • Never ever go on a diet. Instead modify your lifestyle to suit your needs.
  • Don’t rely on extreme diets-they just don’t work.
