When that happens it means the muscles are being torn down thus limiting the amount of stored body-fat that will be used to fuel day-to-day activities.  I read on luigiwho.com that even a simple activity such as walking can contribute to toning and developing the muscles which then burn more fat daily.  His take on the &quot;science&quot; of walking to burn off excess body fat was quite revealing.</description>
