Easy Principles for Weight Loss

Principle 1: Never wake up to tea or coffee.

The stimulants provided through tea and coffee increase blood sugar levels providing zero amount of nutrition to the cells which have been starving for the last 9-10 hours or more post your dinner. On the other hand the cup can mask your hunger, making you go hungry for a long time without you realizing it. Which is a disaster for anybody who dreams of a toned body. You tend to over eat in the later part of the day to make up for the huge calorie deficit created in the morning by a single coffee or tea dose. A hearty and healthy breakfast can serve you numerous benefit pertaining to a perfect body initially by increasing the metabolic rate.

So instead choose real food within 10-15 minutes of waking up!

Principle 2: Eat more when you are more active and less when you are less active.

It is very essential to strike a balance between your eating and your activity. In simple words when you are more active, you are constantly in touch with your system, hence it will demand more food when it is more active and less food when it is not so active. If we don’t supply food to our body while we are working, all this creates a huge calorie and nutrient deficit. Later when the metabolic process are slowing down, your body will demand a lot of food to make up for the deficit. Hence time plays a vital role in healthy eating.

Principle 3: Complete your last meal atleast 2 hours prior to sleeping.

We tend to slow down in our activities post sunset and so we need to start eating less as the sun sets. Just like your activity level is lower in the night than what it was in the morning. For example, generally unwinding, reading or watching T.V. etc., so is your metabolism and the digestion capacity of your stomach. Digesting food is calorie burner which largely works for the body. In the night time cells are naturally not very sensitive to energy or nutrients as they don’t really need much. As a result, overloading your stomach will be creating fat. In other words, it can be framed as the body has no mood to digest and absorb nutrients so even your healthiest intake gets wasted.
