Use it or Loss it!

“No diet, no exercise, no pills, only weight loss!” You may have come across these schemes very often. They seemed tempting and cool, don’t they? And here is another one, what if an advertisement such as “No boss, no timings, no paperwork – earn up to $10,000 per month” Grabs your attention. Its hard to believe in this case. Same as the former one – any program which discourages you from exercising is worthless. Undertaking a diet plan can help you to lose weight but without exercise we lose our muscles and bone density which results in ageing.

The human body is designed for continuos activity. The least it demands is 30-45 minutes of exercise for 3 days a week in order to maintain a good shape and condition. It functions on one basic principle: Use it or Loss it! Humans we born with a tail. But we lost it as we never used it. In a similar manner, we lose out on our muscles and bone density, as we just don’t seem to use either of these live issues.
