Water and Weight Loss

Crash dieting takes the biggest toll on the water resources in our body. Losing weight is no big deal, if you lose body water. Loss of water is one of the biggest issues against crash dieting and its associated.

Loss of water impairs circulation reduces muscles tone, joint & bones health and obviously overworks the kidney, heart & lungs. It will also lead to body odour because composition of sweat changes.

    Yes, I’d underestimated the value of water. I read on luigiwho.com that more than 2% “dehydration” leads to some pretty awful consequences. He went on to list 5% and at 10% death is a possibilty. Apparently every can of coke requires at least the equivalent of 2 cans of pure water just to process the stuff out of the coke. So, soda doesn’t count towards our daily water needs and actually increases the demand for more waterf! Interesting site.
