Water and Weight Loss
Crash dieting takes the biggest toll on the water resources in our body. Losing weight is no big deal, if you lose body water. Loss of water is one of the biggest issues against crash dieting and its associated.
“Guaranteed Weight Loss”. Don’t let any body fool you that 3 fruits & 6 juices give you your daily fill. Crash dieting which restricts nutrients & water intake leads to raid water loss from the body.
Loss of water impairs circulation reduces muscles tone, joint & bones health and obviously overworks the kidney, heart & lungs. It will also lead to body odour because composition of sweat changes.

Yes, I’d underestimated the value of water. I read on luigiwho.com that more than 2% “dehydration” leads to some pretty awful consequences. He went on to list 5% and at 10% death is a possibilty. Apparently every can of coke requires at least the equivalent of 2 cans of pure water just to process the stuff out of the coke. So, soda doesn’t count towards our daily water needs and actually increases the demand for more waterf! Interesting site.
This is a great blog that has lots of information. Like yourself, I also have a blog that’s geared to weight loss tips. Being that we have one thing in common, which is help educate people about weight loss, maybe we can both share each others knowledge. Here is my blog
