I read on luigiwho.com that even a simple activity such as walking can contribute to toning and developing the muscles which then burn more fat daily.  His take on the &quot;science&quot; of walking to burn off excess body fat was quite revealing.</description>

		<description>Yes, I&#039;d underestimated the value of water.  I read on luigiwho.com that more than 2% &quot;dehydration&quot; leads to some pretty awful consequences.  He went on to list 5% and at 10% death is a possibilty.  Apparently every can of coke requires at least the equivalent of 2 cans of pure water just to process the stuff out of the coke.  So, soda doesn&#039;t count towards our daily water needs and actually increases the demand for more waterf!  Interesting site.</description>

		<description>I think that when over weight children are bullied for being a little bit chubby it will not help them lose weight, it will just make them feel worse and maybe binge out on food!  i think that it is manly their mothers fault if they are over weight. They must have been given them to much food for their meals and not encoureging them to exercise which is vital!!! Now if they are over wight hopefully they will be able to lose their weight and live longer in their lives
